In order to prevent the problem of coffee spilling, this new coffee tin is also designed with a spill-proof cover, which is made of LLDPE. Under the internal pressure of 0.03MPa-0.07MPa, it is sealed on the metal tank together with the fully open end cap.

1. The anti-spill cover of the coffee tin has a vent hole. After the fully open end cover is opened, the pressure in the top space of the can can be adjusted;

3. The tearing strength of the fully open end cap of the coffee tin can is moderate and easy to open.

4. Coffee tin cans are opaque; light will cause food to undergo spoilage reactions. For example, under the action of light, coffee will oxidize and have peculiar smells and eventually lose its nutritional value. The opacity of tinplate allows the vitamin C in coffee to be better preserved. It protects coffee's protein and other substances.

5. The coffee tin has good airtightness; the metal coffee can has good airtightness. In a variety of packaging containers, it is shown that glass bottles, aluminum foil laminates, and cartons are worse for food preservation than metal packaging.

6. The reduction effect of tin in coffee tins; tin on the inner wall of tinplate has the effect of reducing the oxidation of food ingredients. It has a reducing effect on the flavor and color of coffee, which is beneficial to the preservation of fruits.
