How to test the hardness of the tin box
How do we do the tin box hardness test? We all know that the raw material of the tinplate box is tin-plated iron. The hardness test of tin-plated iron is to distinguish the qualified and unqualified hardness. Too much hardness has a certain impact on the production of the tin box. When the tin box is manufactured The hardness of tin-plated iron needs to be tested, and it is required to pass the hardness test before it can be put into production.

In the past, the hardness test of tin-plated iron mostly used a desktop surface Rockwell hardness tester, and an ordinary steel flat anvil was used to test the hardness of HR30T. Over the years, since the standard GB/T2520-2000 for tin-plated iron has adopted the internationally accepted HR30Tm hardness representation method, China has begun to use diamond anvils to test the HR30Tm hardness value of tinplate. However, testing HR30Tm hardness requires a diamond anvil, which is rarely available for Chinese Rockwell hardness testers. Because suitable diamond anvils are difficult to obtain, benchtop surface hardness testers are more expensive. Therefore, the application of HR30Tm hardness representation method to the tin-plated iron industry is not common in China. Especially in terms of manufacturers of tin-plated iron, although people always realize that the hardness of tin-plated iron is very important, it is related to the quality of processed products, production efficiency and enterprise benefits. However, most enterprises do not conduct hardness re-inspection on purchased tin-plated iron materials.

The tin box company takes "full participation in quality management, continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction" as the quality policy, while ensuring that the product quality meets the requirements of customers, it strives to achieve perfect products and win-win cooperation to open up the international market.
